Appointments
Appointments to see the doctor or nurse can be made in person at the surgery, by telephone or online anytime during surgery opening hours. The telephone number to call is 01708 440642.
Appointments are bookable subject to availability. Phone line open at 8am, appointments do get booked quickly and Telephone lines do get busy. The staff work hard to answer your calls quickly and can only book those appointments that are available. You are currently able to book appointments online. If your like to enable online access to order repeat medications, please complete the request in this website or contact the practice.
You will received a text message and or email confirming your appointment, if we have your mobile number or email address. Then a reminder will be sent 48 hours before. If your are unable to attend or no longer require your appointment, you can cancel via the text message sent to you.
Cancellations
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order that the slot can be given to someone else. Any patient who fails to attend three consecutive appointments without explanation will be asked to leave the practice list.

GP appointments at an out of hours hub will be available between 8am and 8pm on the bank holiday, and remain available every normal weekday evening between 6.30pm and 10pm.
You can book these appointments by calling the GP hubs booking hotline on 020 3770 1888 (open from 8am to 8pm) or by calling 111 any time. You can also get help with minor injuries and illnesses at our community Urgent Treatment Centres at Barking Community Hospital and Harold Wood Polyclinic. These are open 8am to 9pm, seven days a week. You can call NHS 111 to book an appointment or walk in and wait to be seen. You do not need to be registered with a GP.
If you feel unwell or have a minor injury, your local pharmacy can offer advice and some medicines. This can help you treat your condition yourself at home. If you have a more serious illness, you should visit NHS 111 online for advice. If you cannot access the internet, call 111. A 999 call should only be used for life-threatening emergencies or serious injuries.
